15% Global Bonus Sharing

K-LINK International allocates 15% of the total BV of the sales from Marketing Plan B as Global Bonus Sharing with fair distribution system. The entire allocated amount is to be shared by all the distributors. This Bonus will be divided into THREE (3) categories and a distributors is qualified to enjoy either ONE (1) of these categories. The Bonus is also based on the Sales of the distributors as stated below.

A. 5% of the Total Sales from Plan B

Qualifications for sharing this Global Bonus:

  1. Must have THREE (3) different direct lines with Monthly Total Sales from Plan A plus Plan B of not less than 3,000 BV each.
  2. The Monthly Total Group Sales of Plan A plus Plan B is less than 100,000 BV.

B. 5% of the total sales from Plan B

Qualifications for sharing this Global Bonus:

  1. Must have THREE (3) different direct lines with Monthly Total Sales from Plan A plus Plan B of not less than 10,000 BV, 10,000 BV and 5,000 BV.
  2. The Monthly Total Sales of Plan A plus Plan B should be 100,000 BV to less than 400, 000BV.

C. 5% of the Total Sales from Plan B

Qualifications for sharing this Global Bonus:

  1. Must have THREE (3) different direct lines with Monthly Total Sales from Plan A plus Plan B of not less than 10,000 BV, 10,000 BV and 5,000 BV.
  2. The Monthly Total Group Sales of Plan A plus Plan B should be 400,000 BV and above.

28% Network Multiplying Bonus

Conditions:

  1. Must have Personal Sales of 400 BV or more in Marketing Plan "A".
  2. Must maintain 5 different direct downlines with each maintaining 400 BV or more every month. This achievement entitles the distributor to enjoy 9 levels of Business Value bonus.
  3. 200 BV out of 400 BV in Marketing Plan "A" is automatically transferred to Marketing Plan "B".

Qualification:
Must maintain monthly Business Value as shown in the Marketing Plan.

Second Limb of the Double Reward Marketing Plan

To enjoy the marketing Plan B, a distributor must first maintain a Personal Sale of 400BV or more whilst under Marketing Plan A. From this BV amount, 200BV will automatically be transferred to Marketing Plan B. The bonus sharing is distributed into FOUR (4) categories as follows:

Dynamic Fund 9%*

Qualifications and Points calculated to share this fund are as follows:

  1. Must have THREE (3) different direct lines with Monthly Personal Sales of 200BV each, which is considered as ONE (1) qualified point.
  2. Must have at least FIVE (5) different direct lines with Monthly Personal Sales of 200BV each, which is considered as TWO (2) qualified points.

20% Infinity Bonus

  1. The sales of 200 BV of the first direct downline in Marketing Plan B will automatically be passed up to the upline. This is indicated by the letter "L" in the diagram below.
  2. You will share the 20% of every sales of 200 BV from your second to fifth or more direct downlines. This will encourage the upline to assist the downline to do sponsoring.
  3. Since there is a pass up Bonus of every distributor, you can share this Bonus on an infinite basis. This will translate to more income as sales increase for the distributors.

Calculation of Leadership Bonus

Leader Bonus for Diamond Manager and Above:

  1. At least One (1) Manager line with a monthly Sales of 10,000 BV and above; and
  2. Total Monthly Sales of other Manager lines must be 5,000 BV and above, which does not include the Personal Sales 200 PBV and Personal Group Sales 600 PGBV.

If he/she has One(1) Manager line with a Monthly Sales of 10,000 BV and above but the total sales of the other Manager lines is less than 5,000 BV, then he/she is only entitled to enjoy 50% of the Leadership Bonus. Division of Leadership Bonus is generated by the computer automatically depending on the total sales of other Manager lines.

    • Use the products personally in order to feel its benefits thus providing you with the understanding of the benefits of the products.
    • Using the products personally will not only improve your state of health but you will also be able to share the benefits with your friends and customers and convince them to purchase the products.

  3. Have products in hand
    • Having products in hand will endure that your friends and customers can purchase the products immediately.
    • Request your sponsor to assist you initially in purchasing your stocks(products).

  4. To obtain materials to assist your sales
    To perform your work well, materials such as tape recorder, notebook, name cards, system training cassettes, product videotapes, product booklets and system training handbooks are recommended.

  5. Attend training
    • Always attend product knowledge and system training.
    • Efforts should be made to encourage your friends and downlines to attend training and meetings.

  6. Project a successful image
    Examples of a successful image are your manners, attire, attitude, conversation and habits.

  7. List down your prospects
    • Everyone is your potential prospect.
    • List down your sponsorship as follows: unemployed, not satisfied with current job, business minded, those who wish for success, those who are in financial problems, retiree, those who are experienced in direct selling.
    • List down at least 100 prospects and keep them close to you.
    • Your list of prospects should begin with the one closest to you.
    • Do not disregard your prospects.
    • Continue to make new friends and list them in your prospect list.

  8. Invitation
    • Give priority to friends who are close to you.
    • Invite them over to the meeting to convince them.
    • Make one to one invitation.
    • Before inviting your prospect, inform your upline about your prospect's background.
    • Discuss with your upline regarding the technique of invitation.
    • Invite your prospects sincerely.
    • When doing invitation, do not touch on 3 matters: company, products and marketing plan.
    • Invite one person at a time but couples are encouraged to come together.
    • Learn telephone ethics; keep your conversation brief.
    • Your appointment should be reconfirmed.

  9. Follow-up
    • The aim is to assist prospects to have an interest in the business and to further understand the benefit of network marketing.
